Refund & Returns Policy

We’re confident you’ll enjoy your HiFlyer Drones product. However, if it isn’t suitable for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be returned in new and unused condition.

  • The drone must not have been activated.

  • If the drone has been activated, HiFlyer Drones reserves the right to decline the return or deduct a restocking and handling fee. The fee will depend on the product’s condition.

How to Request a Return

Email Sales@hiflyerdrones.com with your name and order number. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1–5 business days for our team to inspect and process it.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
