Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days, unless the product is listed as a pre-order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including public holidays, severe weather, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Carrier

All HiFlyer Drones orders are shipped through Australia Post.

Tracking Your Order

• Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

• If your order contains multiple items, they will generally be packed and shipped together.

• You can use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to follow the delivery progress of your order.
